Finicky Eater

Warren my tabby has been very picky about when and where he eats. With three cats to feed, this is pretty hard to accommodate. I'm trying to make sure he eats something before the vultures come, but he takes so long to decide whether he wants to eat or not! As you can tell, I'm quite frustrated. Wondering if I need to get him checked. :/
